Delivery
1) By bank
transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

2) With your
credit cards through our site
You can use
our online single payment or akbank online installment facilities for all kinds
of credit cards. For your online payments, you will receive an amount of
footage from your credit card at the end of your order. For order cancellations
or inventory issues, a refund to your credit card will be made within 3
business days.
3) Order
Price Refund
In case your
orders are cancelled for possible reasons; XXXXXX Limited will refund the
product price to your account and/or credit card within three business days.
However, you must accurately and fully report your bank account information
and/or credit card information to our company's financial authorities.
4) Delivery
We endeavor
to deliver the products you have ordered to the cargo on the same day. The
shipping delivery time for products that take time to supply is 3 working days
as indicated in the product detail. You will be informed in case of possible
delayed delivery.
Please
provide the address of your location during the day as the delivery address so
that product delivery can be carried out without disruption.
Your
requests will be processed to prepare according to the type of delivery you
have determined at the end of the order. Products from our Istanbul-based
company will be shipped by XXXXXXXX cargo company. Once your orders are
confirmed, they will be delivered to Kargo at the end of 2 (two) working days
at the latest.

5) Payment
Tracking
If the
system in question cannot perform the transaction due to any problems, our
visitor is informed about this situation as a result of the payment page.
In case of
any errors at the specified address, the orderer is contacted about the order
that cannot be delivered.
The validity
of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by automatic e-mail
sent following the transfer of the order.
We have as
much responsibility to the bank where we use the credit card system as the
customer when it comes to the delivery.

Open and
check the packages that you think were damaged during the shipment in front of
the company authority you received. If you believe that there is any damage to
the product, do not receive the product by making a report to the cargo
company.
After the
product is received, it is accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled
its duties.
If you
perform these operations, we will start work on your package and ensure that
the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
